I have had so many bad experiences with a stylist not "listening" to me when I describe what I want done with my hair. When my friend suggested I give Ann a try, I was skeptical.
I've been back several times now - sometimes just walking in. Each time, any of the stylists were more than willing to take the time to color and cut my hair the way I wanted it. Often they would cut a little bit and then ask if that was what I wanted before continuing.
I have had my hair colored several times - each time it looked wonderful. Would completely recommend to anyone!!!
Came in and got a balayage done by mo and she was absolutely incredible above and beyond to satisfy my hair needs… couldn’t have asked for a better hair stylist. Made me feel right at home will definitely be back. Thank you ladies for an awesome experience
Provided me with outstanding service. The staff was really friendly, outstanding customer service, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. Would recommend to anyone that is looking to get a haircut. By far one of the best places I will be going back again and having them cut my hair again.
Ann’s Salon is the best. Every person there is friendly, enthusiastic and makes you feel like a friend. Prices are more than fair, service is stellar. This is by far the best salon in Troy!

I am forever grateful for my friend introducing me to Ann's years ago. I've been using Ann as my hair stylist for years now and she never fails. Just had my hair done last week and as always knocked it out of the park (my profile pic is it) Every time I go in everyone is upbeat and cheery and include you in conversation. The environment and atmosphere is always a welcoming and comfortable one. 10/10

I am ALWAYS HAPPY & PLEASED with my hair no matter if it is for coloring/ highlights or hair cut/styled. The salon is always clean and the people are Fantastic! Moe & Ann are great at their craft and take great pride in their work!

Got my hair done by Mo here a few days ago. She did an amazing job dying my hair. After she finished and she curled it I was in love. Great customer service,great attitudes. Would highly recommend.
