Very professional, nice staff, neat and clean store ! I have been going to the same store for 13 years. I was pushing for time and stopped in this one for the 1st time They have pretty much everything. I will be switching to this store going forward. One of the ladies helped style my hair with a detangler spray and gave me advice to add water to it at home. They have won a new customer
The cashier was very sweet and nice! Some Lady came in being rude and the staff was not rude back. The staff simply stated their store policy. And were not disrespectful.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this shop, I wish I could give them no stars. I was with my child (3 years old) in the store, my child misplaced an item and when the employee saw that she went ballistic on us. I left the store and called their number to speak to a manager, then realized the rude employee was the one answering the phone, she didn’t let me finish the sentence and hung up on me, called again and she did the same thing, now third is a charm, another rude employee answered the phone and reiterated that my child misspelled her jewelry (worth probably $1-$3). I will get to the bottom of it and speak to management, to make sure that anyone screaming at a child in an effort to terrorize them will face legal consequences. SHAME ON YOU!
Front cashier woman was so pleasant.She was very helpful and informative. There’s was a rude customer that came in and went off because she did not like the store policy. Front desk employee kept it classy and was unbothered by the rude customer’s comments.
I skip every beauty supply store in my neighborhood to come here. The customer service is great. Growing up the owners of these type of stores never spoke unless it was about how much a product cost, not here. I’m always greeted by the female and the male operators of the store. This is the only place I can purchase Dax Grease, it’s always clean even when it’s busy and whenever I have a question they gladly assist me.
There’s so much I could say about this Store but it will become a book. I love Everything about this beauty supply. Leah & Gnee are amazing. So much knowledge of everything in the store. The energy is everything to me and these ladies are a breathe of fresh air. Going to shop there is like therapy. I don’t even mind spending the money when the customer service is A1. They are my local supplier for all my beauty/hair needs.
Has large selection of beauty supplies and products for a sista. My luggage was lost and I was able to replace all my hair products in this store and added a couple of extra items I didn't even know I needed????
In response to the owner, my balance was $3.96 for the two pair of stockings I attempted to purchase. I now know that you can in fact purchase an item at your store, with card , under a $5 minimum. Just after I went another customer purchased a lip gloss under $2 and I have the receipt to prove it. Please do not attempt to discredit or lie in your response again. Thank you.
The fact that I can't use my card for a quick purchase is extremely inconvenient for an otherwise convenient location. I would have purchased and later returned with an understanding of the $5 card minimum had they offered it as a one time courtesy for a new customer. Will be looking for a nearby beauty supply store that will be more accommodating.
