I got a pedicure here and it was great! I got the jasmine one, with the hot wax, hot stone, and exfoliating scrub/jasmine lotion. The lady who did my nails was very gentle and did a great job! Everything is cleanly and the shop is open and spacious. It’s a little higher price wise but you definitely get your money’s worth. I will come again :)
Highly recommend this place! This was my first time using this place, I got ANC with extensions and I'm 100% satisfied. She took her time with my nails, paid close attention to every detail and when I told her what I wanted they took their time to pick the colors for me while Hyland started working on my nails. I will continue to use them from now on. Everyone is friendly and it's a very welcoming environment. Thank you Ketty Nails for the amazing job!!!
I thought it would be nice to get a mani/pedi while I was on vacation this weekend, but I wish I had gone somewhere else. I started by waiting 20 minutes (arrived on time and had an appointment).
The pedicure was fine but super basic. Most places give more for the price. No major complaints here, my main problem is with my manicure.
First, I sat with plastic gloves on my hands the entirety of my pedicure to soak of the old gel. It got so uncomfortable after 10 minutes. My hands were sweaty and it started to hurt.
After removing my old gel, most salons will soak your hands in water. That did not happen. In fact, the nail tech didn’t put anything on my cuticles before any trimming. Today, I have mangled looking nail beds that hurt (especially when I use hand sanitizer). I added a picture of how bad it is. My cuticles were perfect before.
My last issue is that the polish doesn’t go all the way to the edges of my nails and is not completely smooth. I have bumps and had to do some filing.
Overall, very disappointing.
I definitely recommend this place they take the time with you.. It's not just as in the mighty Dollar. I absolutely loved my nails and my lemon tree spa pedicure I received.
Made an appointment for gel nails, doesn’t really feel like gel. Did not cut my cuticles or push back my nail bed. She basically just half painted my nails in a rush and did not even remove my old polish all the way. You can clearly see my old polish in my cuticles since it wasn’t removed. They kept accepting walk ins when they clearly did not have the time to. Worst 30 dollars I’ve ever spent. Do not ever go here even if it is your last resort. You would be better off having a blind T-REX paint your nails in the dark.
My Mom's Birthday present, the salon is comfortable and friendly, her nails look amazing.
Fantastic job. Best pedicure around. I didn't have a lot of time, and wanted a mani, pedi. They accommodated me by doing my manicure, and pedicure at the same time. Not to mention, they are right next to O'Tooles. My husband enjoyed some beers while I got pampered????
Went last week to get a fill and a pedi. They did a great job on both but when I go to pay I find out it’s $30 more than I expected cause gel cost $15. I didn’t even want gel on my toes. Not cool and I won’t be going back on principle.
